The Story
In early 2024, I was four months into a brutal job search.
Over 200 applications sent. Following all the traditional advice—customize your resume, network aggressively, follow up religiously. The result? Seven interviews. A 3.5% conversion rate. Exhausting. Then I stopped playing by the old rules.
I applied the same methodology I use to manage $8M+ enterprise programs—to my own career. Sprint planning. Data tracking. Process optimization. But this time, I added something new: strategic AI integration.
